Your responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager SAP S/4HANA Learning & Development to lead our training initiatives in SAP technologies. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA and will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive learning programs to enhance the skills of our SAP professionals.
- Lead and inspire a team of SAP trainers and learning specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and support
- Collaborate with senior leadership, IT, and HR to develop and execute a strategic SAP S/4HANA learning and development plan aligned with organizational goals
- Identify key performance indicators and success metrics to measure the impact of SAP training initiatives
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of engaging and effective SAP S/4HANA learning programs for employees at all levels plus: ensure that training materials and programs meet industry standards and best practices for SAP technologies
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements related to SAP S/4HANA across the organization
- Collaborate with SAP experts and department heads to understand specific learning needs and align programs accordingly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, and subject matter experts, to ensure SAP training initiatives support business objectives and facilitate communication and collaboration within the team and across departments to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Economics or a related field
- Extensive experience in leading SAP S/4HANA training programs and managing a project team
- In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, including configuration, customization, and integration aspects
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and performance consulting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills & familiarity with e-learning platforms, learning management systems, and SAP training tools
- Strong analytical and project management skills & inspirational leader with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing SAP training team
- Strategic & result oriented thinker with the ability to align SAP learning initiatives with organizational goals
- Business fluentlanguage skills in English and German
