Support our team immediately on a full-time basis (40 hours per week) at our locations in Cologne, Munich, Bad Reichenhall , or remotely (germanwide) as a Senior People Analytics Manager (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- In your role you will be responsible for defining relevant and meaningful KPIs as well as creating intelligent reports and dashboards based on our personnel data to support our management and HR teams in making data-driven decisions
- You will be supporting the further development of our internal People Analytics strategy, identifying optimization potentials, and enhancing existing processes
- You ensure the successful integration of our various personnel data platforms based on Workday (HCM and Finance), our data warehouse (DWH), and (Power) BI
- Additionally, you will handle various requests and create ad-hoc HR reports for internal purposes and as a reliable decision-making basis for our C-level, when needed
- Next to that, you will be working closely with teams such as Payroll, Controlling and/or Accounting on various reporting and integration projects, aiming to create one HR data platform
- HR data reporting is not enough for you – you also highlight key areas and predict trends by presenting visuals and data at an advanced level using (Power) BI solutions to key stakeholders
Your Profile
- You have successfully completed a university degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field, and have successfully applied your project management and analytical skills in practice
- Ideally, you have at least 4 years of experience as a People Analytics Manager or Consultant (m/f/d) in the field of digital business, e-commerce or in a management consultancy
- You are an Excel expert, generally experienced in working with reporting tools (especially PowerBI) and ideally possess some basic programming skills
- You show strong ownership for your projects, have a result-oriented way of working and you are able to keep track of multiple tasks even in turbulent times
- You are fluent in German and English, both verbally and written
- Experience with Workday is a big plus, but not required
