Job description
The Board of Management intern will play a crucial role in supporting and assisting the board in various tasks related to strategic projects, organizational governance and internal communication. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable insights into the functioning of the highest level of organizational leadership.
Tasks:
Assist in preparing materials for board meetings, including agenda items, reports, and presentations
Assist in strategic projects assigned by the board, contributing to research, planning, and execution as needed
Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless integration of board initiatives
Set up and host internal channels for knowledge management and board communication
Organize and file official documents, ensuring confidentiality and accessibility
Conduct research on industry trends, best practices, and relevant topics to provide the board with informed insights
Draft and edit official communications on behalf of the board, including newsletters, announcements, and reports
Liaise with internal departments to gather information and updates for board communication
Serve as a point of contact for board-related inquiries and requests
Actively engage in learning opportunities to enhance understanding of board operations and governance principles
Your profile
Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, Management, Communication sciences, Governance, Law, Engineering)
Initial practical experience through working student activities or internships desirable
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German language
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
High willingness to learn and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
