Job description

Midlane is the all-in-one management system for frontline workers.Our funding comes from leading VCs and Angels, including Cherry Ventures.

Why our mission matters

Over 80% of the global workforce is deskless and does operative work: creating things, sorting boxes in warehouses, delivering packages and welcoming you at stores or events.

But the majority of software is built for highly-educated desk workers, which leads to frontline workers being isolated from corporate IT and in fact left behind.

We are the main road that connects companies with their operative workers. We bring bosses, HR teams, and workers into one system, so they can progress, grow and thrive together. Each individual’s path comes together in the middle, like a shared journey on a road called Midlane.

What you bring

Graduated from a top-tier university

Min. 2y hands-on experience in a startup (must!), consulting, or investment banking

Pragmatic problem solver and do’er

Hustle-hard mentality - no 9 to 5 job

Want tostart your own company in the future

Proficient in German and English

Berlin based or willing to move here

Our very 1st commercial hire & part offounding team!

Essentially be an extension of the CEO

Have an outsized impact on shaping the company trajectory from day one

Help translate strategy into execution

Guide the goal-setting process and drive key KPIs across the business

Your day to day

Sales: Supporting the founders to engage with potential clients and close deals

Product: Helping to collect customer feedback and to translate into a great product insights for the engineering team

Operations: All things required to run an early stage company (e.g. hiring, employee matters, bills, office management etc.).
