We are hiring talent for our Netflix team, which serves German-speaking Netflix subscribers.

Was Sie tun werden:

· You are the first point of contact for Netflix customer inquiries in German.

· Listen carefully to our customers and offer solutions, either by phone, email or chat!

· Make every customer a satisfied customer!

· Exchange ideas and solutions with your colleagues!

· Enjoy your time in Greece

Was Sie mitbringen:

· Very good written and oral knowledge of German and English

· Solution-oriented and unconventional thinking

· An empathetic soul with appropriate communication skills

· Entrepreneurial thinking to balance the disadvantages and advantages

· Computer/technology skills

· Resourceful and able to multitask

· A positive and adventurous attitude
