Would you like to take over responsibilities and gain strong insights into an E-Commerce company, all of this in a diverse and international team? You could be part of it as a Junior Performance Marketing Manager (all genders)!

Key duties:

• Independently manage campaigns on Meta Ads (as must have) and Google ADs, Tik Tok, etc aiming to improve Conversion Rates (CVR) and reduce Cost Per Acquisition (CPO).

• Continuously A/B creatives such message, copy, target audience, etc in different channels and countries

• Supporting the team in the planning and forecasting of short and long-term business metrics, such as channel spend, CPOs and orders.

• Analysis and proposing implementation of new strategies for the performance marketing channels

Your Profile:

• Entry level experience in Performance Marketing with knowledge on paid socials channels as must have and secondary on Google ADs

• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make suggestions for improvement.

• Good communication skills with a flair for establishing good stakeholder management.

• Hands on mindset, with highly organized, detail oriented, proactive and self-motivated.

• Nice to have Complete certification in Facebook Blueprint and basic knowledge of Google Analytics 4 for deeper insights.
