Role: German speaking Customer Advisor
Salary: 1.380€ (Plus sign on bonus 500€ gross - paid in 2 installments)
Working hrs: 40 hrs p/week, rotational between Monday to Sunday 08:00 – 19:30
Relocation Package: offered for those relocating

They are currently recruiting for a German Customer Advisor.
The Role
As a German speaking Customer Advisor you will be the first point of contact for customer via inbound calls, emails and live chat and will advice them in relation to holiday bookings as well as any add-ons like car rentals etc. Furthermore you will answer queries in relation to a variety of issues e.g. lost luggage, insurance queries etc. Listening to your customers needs, taking ownership of their issues and first time resolution is important in this role.

Salary and benefits
Basic salary between 1,380 Euros gross p/m depending on experience plus monthly performance bonuses.
