Job description
Hays Luxembourg is looking for a Security & Risk Analyst for his client. Your will Conduct targeted information security risk analysis in the framework of various processus: IT or Research project initial assessment, Data Protection Impact Assessment, Exception Management (ISO27000), IT procurement, Incident management, etc. Conduct gap analysis between the current state of information security risks, specific risk assessments and required criteria Ensure that cybersecurity risk assessments incorporate compliance of end-of-life / end-of-support software and Hardware Define and improve information security risk processes Ensure that the process for security/cybersecurity risk assessments is clear, defined and followed. Ensure that the risk management program integrates cyber risk identification, potential loss measurement, regulatory requirements, mitigation, monitoring, reporting and escalation processes. You will take care of Business Continuity Management and BCP : Provide guidance and advice on business continuity processes and procedures Facilitate training on business continuity awareness and planning Schedule, conduct and maintain business impact analysis and risk assessments Identify potential threats to the organization Develop and test recovery strategies Develop, document and maintain Business Continuity Plans; and ensure about the awaress on the persons of their roles and responsibilities under the Business Continuity Plan Undertake regular tests and reviews of the Business Continuity Plan Monitor and evaluate progress towards compliance with business continuity objectives Hays plc est l'un des principaux groupes mondiaux de recrutement de professionnels.
