Job description

As a Total Rewards Specialist, your primary responsibility is to serve as the subject matter expert in providing benchmark recommendations for various job roles within the organization. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring competitive and fair compensation structures that align with organizational goals.
Conduct comprehensive market research to provide benchmarking insights for compensation and benefits.
Collaborate with People & Culture and hiring managers to align job roles with competitive compensation ranges.
Develop and maintain salary structures and pay bands based on industry standards.
Assist in designing, implementing, and communicating employee benefit programs, ensuring compliance and cost-effectiveness.
Analyze compensation trends to recommend adjustments for talent attraction and retention.
Provide expertise on compensation matters during organizational changes and support internal stakeholders' queries.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in compensation and benefits analysis or a related People & Culture function.
In-depth understanding of compensation structures, market trends, and benchmarking methodologies.
Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation using tools like Excel, HRIS, or compensation management software.
Strong knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and understandable manner.
Detail-oriented approach with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in English (written and oral)
