Job description
We are looking for a Mid-Market Account Manager to join our founding team of Account Managers in DACH! You aren’t the typical salesperson, and we aren’t the typical design tool company. With this role you’ll get in at the ground floor in a fast growing sales organisation. You’ll consult with our existing customer base and potential customers in driving meaningful relationships that add value to the customer experience and revenue to our bottom line.
This is a full time role that will be held from our Berlin office.
What you'll do at Figma:
- Develop and implement end-to-end programs designed to drive product adoption and the expanded use of Figma Organization
- Held to quota and responsible for upgrades, upsells and renewals across book of business
- Retain our existing customer base by building strong relationships and leveraging in-product analytics
- Discover, Frame, Create business use cases to help customers moving to the Figma Enterprise version
- Analyze internal data to understand customer usage, including risks and opportunities
- Derive insights, develop strategy, then complete improving customer engagement and product adoption
- Establish and maintain relationships with key collaborators within Mid-Market accounts
- Partner closely with product teams to ensure we’re factoring customer feedback in ongoing product development
- Create and adapt program assets and delivery channels to increase impact
- Measure and analyze program results. Partner with marketing, product and analytics teams to A/B test and optimize program outcomes
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- Confirmed Account Management experience in a fast paced, growing organisation
- Executive presence when leading conversations with c-level personas
- Ability to think strategically and tailor your approach to the client and close complex sales cycles
- Ability to prioritise challenging demands from customers and balance their needs against those of the business
- Problem solving skills, a positive attitude, and willingness to be bold
- Proficiency with sales and marketing automation tools
- Proficiency in German
While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
- Experience selling to technical audiences
- An entrepreneurial mindset
- Broader business acumen skills to work with internal, cross functional teams
