Duration: 5 Months

Perform a case study for a practical imlementation of Earned Value Management to support project controlling in a real company environment
Analyse real project data with respect to EVM-implementation
Analyse the Earned Value as forecast for actual project cost at completion and potential schedule shifts
Propose one or more suitable EVM applications for large scale programmes
Analyse those scenarios for application and benefits in the large-scale programme context
Compare proposed/selected EVM approach with EVM-Norm ANSI EIA 748-A
Critical evaluation of benefits, challenges and opportunities in case of implementation
Enrolled full-time student in the area of Engineering / Business Administration fields or an equivalent field of study.
First practical experience in the field of Project Management is desirable.
Fluent in German and English.
Reliable and independent way of working with a hands on mindset.
Good communication, active listening and teamwork skills with an open mind.
