Head of Local IT Solutions (f/m/x) - 18289
The position will be filled at Apleona GmbH in Neu-Isenburg and can be filled anywhere in Germany.
Neu-Isenburg near Frankfurt am Main, Cologne, Munich, Mannheim, Berlin, Hamburg, Leipzig, Stuttgart, Nuremberg - we are flexible! Start your Apleona career remotely or at a location of your choice (with occasional willingness to travel to Group headquarters, approx. three days per quarter).

What you do with us:
- As part of our central IT, you are the first point of contact with international regions and countries
- End-to-end responsibility of the domain-specific IT from concept to delivery with a focus on International Operations
- Joint identification, prioritization, and coordination of requirements, projects, and resources with the product owners of the international business units to align local ITs with the needs of the international sites
- In collaboration with local ITs and international stakeholders, development and implementation of international IT strategic initiatives aligned with the overall corporate IT goals, local specifics, and international business strategy with the ambition to professionalize IT services in the context of accelerated organic and inorganic growth.
- Collaborating with and reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer of FMI, you will play a pivotal role in developing the IT strategic focus for FMI.
- Management and coordination of the national and international IT resources involved (incl. capacities) and the affected run-IT organization and processes.
- Continuous recommendations to FMI countries/ regions and Group IT on optimizations and the best way forward to provide advanced IT services to international units
- Early identification and elimination of obstacles, conflicts, and risks between customers, business management, business sides, and IT including the management of related escalation process.
- Management of internal and external service providers as well as moderation of the respective committees and meetings.
- Trusted advisor to senior management, offering insights and recommendations on international IT matters.
- Structured and shared reporting, controlling, and communication with and to all relevant stakeholders
What you bring to the table:
- Completed studies in informatics, business informatics, business administration, economics, or a comparable qualification
- +5 years of experience in IT consulting and/or IT project management
- Broad experience in different IT areas (applications, infrastructure, interfaces, strategy, processes, organization, etc.)
- Relevant certifications (COBIT, PMP, Prince2, ITIL etc.) are an advantage
- Leadership experience is desirable
- Very good German and English skills
- Experience in matrix and international organizations
- Strong analytical and communication skills, determination, high problem-solving competence as well as willingness to travel and visit locations
