Would you like to be part of a global digital signatures implementation project? I'm looking for a Business Analyst Digital Signatures, for one of my client, a banking company, to work on a global implementation project of Docusign in Europe. Annual gross salary between 100 000EUR and 120 000EUR Permanent contract or freelance contract Position based in Luxembourg English fluent is mandatory Digital Signatures is a key priority globally for our client, driven by the philosophy of simplifying and reengineering existing processes to enhance client experience and increase operational efficiency. This role is primarily focussed on gathering the requirements around digital signatures, support the local VRM process, support the UAT and change management ("e.g. creation and amendment of Docusign templates") processes and provide post implementation support to the Private Banking business in Luxembourg. Responsibilities of the role include Scope the system: Work closely together with the Product Owner and other squad members, to ensure right granularity of requirements specification on an epic / story level Translate business needs: Create models, diagrams, presentations and other documentations that support the target audience to understand the business requirements Facilitate communication at team level in order to create consensus on scope, design decisions, and implementation decisions Validate requirements, UAT Testing & User Training (if required): you will validate E2E requirements via reviews, walkthroughs, and demo. You will also be key actor in writing & conducting UAT test cases and, in case required, train non-squads stakeholders Proactively Identify risks / issues that might affect squad's overall health Competencies include University degree or equivalent, preferably with a degree in information technology or Business Expertise in conceptual modelling; ability to see the big picture and envision possible solutions Relevant and demonstrable experience in designing and documenting requirements in Agile teams Clear ability to provide concise, precise and managerial answers to a wide array of business related topics. Knowledge of Agile methods (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, ...) and tools (Jira or Confluence) Experience in working in a challenging, fast-paced environment Ability to deal with complex and ambiguous situations independently and with limited guidance Independent and proactive working method and a high-quality standard Flexibility for moving between different requirements on a timely manner Do not hesitate to ask for more details if needed.
