We are a top German venture-backed cybersecurity startup, leading in the emerging field of Confidential Computing. With our cloud platform Constellation, companies across industries ensure that data stays always encrypted - hackers, cloud admins and foreign governments can never get access. We just closed our 5 million seed funding round with outstanding investors and are onboarding large customers.

Your mission

As Chief of Staff, you will work closely with our leadership team to adjust and steer our strategy and push special projects forward:

• Go-to-market strategy and execution 
• Finances, including investor relations and fundraising 
• Company strategy
• Support with crucial high-priority projects

Your profile

Ideally, you graduated from a top business school and have several years of experience working in strategy consulting, ​venture capital, private equity, or tech startups. Further, the following applies to you:

• Entrepreneurial mindset, drive and a strong hands-on attitude 
• Intelligence and creativity 
• Excellent communication skills, both in English and German
• Strong affinity for software, cloud and cybersecurity 
• Relevant educational background (e.g., very good business degree from a top university)
