What you'll do
- Independently set up and lead various IT projects focused on the implementation, upgrade and optimization in In- & Outbound Logistics with strong focus on transportation and freight management with SAP
- Plan and monitor project scope, milestones, deadlines and resources including budget being in line with the IT strategy and the current project portfolio
- Ensure project risk management, reporting and communication including preparation and follow up of steering committee meetings
- Lead and support global standardization and the implementation of new organizational processes aligned with SAP ERP and S/4 HANA configuration to achieve high levels of business customer satisfaction
- Identify relevant innovations and recommend changes to current and future logistics applications
Who you are
- Track record in (co-) leading projects in supply chain related applications with integrations to SAP in complex international organizations
- Experience to run study projects for business requirements, software selections and process design
- In-depth experience with a wide range of SAP TM implementations and rollouts or with alternative transportation management system
- Solid understanding of agile and classic project management methods, ideally supplemented by SCRUM, PMI and/or Prince2 certifications
- Good analytical skills and structured, detailed and goal-oriented way of working and a team player with a pronounced "can do" mentality
