We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for inspecting roofs and exteriors for storm damage, developing and maintaining relationships with customers, and providing solutions to meet their needs.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect roofs and exteriors for storm damage
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers
• Identify customer needs and provide solutions to meet those needs
• Keep up-to-date with product information and changes in the industry
• Provide customer service support
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
• Develop sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities

• Prior experience in field sales or outside sales
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Knowledge of roofing and construction industry is a plus

• 1099 Contractor
