This position is 100% remote, can be based in either Austria or Switzerland Your mission
You will be responsible for managing and developing accounts in Austria and Switzerland. This will include working with high level of independency with key accounts and grow new relationships; supporting opportunities brought in across the sales team; reviewing customer support agent activity and quality; and maintaining the highest level of professionalism throughout your interactions with key stakeholders in the IoT industry.
Due to the responsibility for working with internal colleagues across global regions, we are seeking a candidate with fluency in English & German. Most importantly, we are looking for someone who has an entrepreneurial spirit, true passion for technology and IoT connectivity, coupled with a proactive approach, self-starter mentality and a strong drive for results!
- Sales Strategy and Customer Growth: Define your own sales strategy to attract new customers and grow 1NCE's market share in your area of responsibility.
- Forecasting and Execution Plans: Develop accurate forecasting and clear execution plans.
- Relationship Building: Work with the wider sales, partner and alliance teams to build and maintain relationships with new and existing partners.
- Customer Focus: Remain customer focused at all times and strive to maintain the 1NCE brand as the best provider of IoT connectivity.
- International Collaboration: Work with the international team to achieve the regional targets.
- High Customer Satisfaction Level: Develop strong and lasting relationships with customers and partners based on trust and strive for the highest levels of customer satisfaction
Your skills
- Customer Acquisition and Direct Sales: At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in IT sales market, with focus on customer acquisition and direct sales with a good network of contacts.
- Relationship Building: Ability to build relationships with industry partners and educate them on 1NCE's offerings.
- Language Proficiency Requirement: Fluency in spoken and written German and English is mandatory for this position.
- Growth-oriented Mindset: A passion for working with an experienced and motivated leadership team focused on creating a high growth business in a short period of time.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and open-minded and committed team player with the ability to work also independently, goal-oriented and willing to travel frequently.
- Good-to-Have: Strong interest in the telecommunications and IoT industry and already successful experience in this industry.
