As an Account Manager (m/f/d) you will be part of a thrilling journey to illuminate Poland’s event scene with cutting-edge technology and service.
These are your tasks:
- Cultivate and expand relationships with our valued customers, ensuring unparalleled service and satisfaction
- Take charge of your territory, spearheading efforts to boost sales and elevate Adam Hall Group's brand presence
- Dive deep into market analysis to uncover untapped potential, while keeping a finger on the pulse of sales trends
- Swiftly address customer concerns to guarantee maximum delight and loyalty
- Show off your fluency in both Polish and English, making communication a breeze
- Be the face of our company at local exhibitions, customer events, and international showcases
What you bring with you:
- EDUCATION: Technical Sales training is desired and/or strong sales affinity.
- EXPERIENCE: You have several years industry experience in the field of professional lighting and/or professional audio market in Poland with focus on rental market and system integration.
- KNOW-HOW: Knowledge of the Polish market lighting and/or professional audio market.
- SOFT SKILLS: A good, motivated team player, open to feedback, skilled at managing relationships and with a shared passion for event technology.
- OTHERS: Clean and full driving licence and ability to travel with regular overnight stays. It is desirable that you have computer skills, i.e. Outlook, Excel, CRM and sales packages.
