Your tasks in the new job
- Independent project management
- Damage inspection and recording
- Preparation of rehabilitation concepts
- Offer calculation / preliminary and final costing
- Quality control and complaint handling
- Coordination and scheduling of our refurbishment specialists and partner contractors
- Contact person for experts, adjusters, insurance companies and policyholders
Your profile
- Completed vocational training with a craft and/or technical focus, preferably in construction/construction-related trades
- Practical experience in construction management, preferably in the field of claims management
- Basic knowledge of construction costing
- Pragmatic approach to changing requirements
- Ability to work in a team and willingness to serve
- Confident appearance and linguistic fluency
- High customer orientation
