Your Responsibilities
As a Channel Account Manager at AnyDesk you will oversee the channel partner strategy for new and existing AnyDesk partners. Help inspire and exceed the expectations of strategic channel partners. AnyDesk is looking for candidates that are excited by the following responsibilities:
- Develop a portfolio by identifying and recruiting new key partners whilst maintaining close relationships with existing AnyDesk Partners within the assigned region
- Develop & execute a strategic business plan together with partners, assisting them in developing a long-term strategy to ensure they achieve mutually agreed goals
- Develop and manage the sales forecast, drive and report the pipeline and marketing activities and prepare the quarterly business review
- Conduct regular training and enablement of partners and ensure the required sales and technical certification is implemented
- Support the execution of product marketing activities and campaigns with channel partners, by defining requirements and developing brand awareness together with AnyDesk’s marketing team
- Provide insight into channel requirements, trends, competition and pricing
- Promote AnyDesk’s portfolio through product demos, webinars and by representing AnyDesk at Industry Trade Shows

Your Profile
- Experience in channel sales and/or account management preferably in GB/IE markets in the IT industry with a focus on SaaS
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Fluently written and spoken English is mandatory; other languages are a plus
- Customer focus with the determination to exceed partner’s expectations
- Proficient knowledge of business administration, negotiation, and retention skills
- Passion and understanding for technology (Cloud Services & SaaS Solutions), emphasis on software understanding, CRM (HubSpot is a plus), and business (process) analysis
- Excellent organization and analytical skills
- Empathic, positive, accountable, able to listen and confident in working closely with, and advising, senior executives
- Experience with working remotely
- Travel may be required
