Could you be the full-time Process & Manufacturing Engineer Manager (Industrialisation ) in Hennigsdorf, Germany we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your special process expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Pierre Lutz, Site PME Director and work alongside passionate, motivated and dedicated teammates.
You’ll specifically take care of the special process by coordinating them.
We’ll look to you for:
Defining and updating the functional procedures, working methods, and methods according to the guidelines established by the central PME is being done.
Ensuring that the team is appropriately staffed in accordance with the project company and the projected workload.
Creating the induction and training program for new employees.
Maintaining your team's competency matrix and creating the annual training plan
Applying industrialization standards such as method time, EHS, ergonomics, and work instructions.
Utilizing industrialization methods such as ICONE, P-FMEA, control plan, QRQC, and task sequencing.
Utilizing IS tools such as PLM (DELMIA), ERP (GSI), and MES.
Increasing team’s maturity by using the APSYS roadmap.
Coordinate all the special process within the local team but also central Paris
Supporting Product/Project Industrialization involves:
Tracking the progress of industrial results in coordination with the PIM
Supporting the team in the execution of industrialization activities (e.g. P-FMEA, internal FAI)
Ensuring that method time is calculated properly, and that master data is correct and of good quality is being carried out.
Ensuring high-quality results of work instructions, task sequencing, etc., and properly following ergonomics and EHS rules.
Managing specific processes within industrialization activities.
Supporting Production involves:
Identifying any needs for specific methodological support, supporting the production of the first articles, and organizing and managing productivity measures.
Tracking the budget consumption for the relevant area and creating and justifying budget adjustments is also being done.
Creating and transferring default values (allocated time) for production.
Caring out process studies and time recording and utilizing methodological specifications (FMEA, planned times).
Supporting order calculation, pricing, and capacity planning in the BID is also being done.
Cost:

Experience in the areas of process engineering, creation of work instructions for production, line balancing, lean manufacturing.
