- Technical and disciplinary management of the employees in the area of responsibility as well as personnel deployment planning
(e.g. personnel and holiday planning). - Coordination and monitoring of operational processes from goods receipt, storage and retrieval, order picking to production supply
at all production sites at the Aachen location - Ensuring efficient logistics processes to guarantee on-time internal and external supply
- Responsibility for inventory management in the warehouse management system and troubleshooting in case of questions
regarding the functionality of the warehouse management system - Monitoring and compliance with legal/operational requirements (processes and procedures)
- Continuous development of logistics processes at the site
- Collection and evaluation of KPIs and preparation of reports
- Close cooperation and communication with interface partners in the organisation
- Responsibility for the annual stocktaking
This is what you bring...
- Completed (technical) university studies in a business-related field or commercial training with a background in logistics
- Very good knowledge of MS Office programs
- Knowledge of common ERP systems and warehouse management systems
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable position in a manufacturing company
- Very good communication skills
- A high degree of independence, resilience and loyalty
- Structured and meticulous working style
- (High degree of) flexibility and commitment
- (High degree of) pragmatism and solution orientation
- A quick perception
- Ability to work in a team
- Good knowledge of German and English
