Job description
Purpose: Corporate Communication helps adidas to create distinctive and appealing images with its stakeholder groups, build a strong, trusted corporate brand (the company behind the brands) and develop reputational capital. The team positively enhances the company`s reputation with inspiring content derived from the company`s strategy, consistent messaging, impactful distribution via state-of-the-art channels and relevant employee engagement activations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Helps to create understanding and engagement for the adidas corporate strategy, inside and outside the company by creating state of the art content and communication tools
- Helps creating engaging content (video, photography, graphic, copy, web-formats, etc.) and communication tools (e.g. presentations, newsletters, playbooks) that follow adidas´/Corporate Communication`s creative direction in style, quality, messaging and tone of voice. All content is strictly target-group oriented and across channels optimized for search and user experience and follows guidelines set by the Senior Director Planning, Creation and Editorial
- Assists developing professional content for internal and external adidas Group channels owned by Corporate Communication ensuring alignment with Digital & Content and Corporate Communication team
- Supports consulting the wider Corporate Communication team and occasionally business partners within the assigned area of responsibility.
- Establishes first relations and collaboration with wider comms team as well as key international business partners, freelancers and vendors
- Assists with the achievement of department targets
- Manage small and assist with medium sized projects and/or actively participate in projects; implement findings and ensure sustainability of achievements
- Provide expertise for assigned functional areas towards team and business partners.
- Supports ensuring smooth operation of the day today business by taking on ownership for related actions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create audio-visual content for assigned projects
- Conduct research needed to develop cutting-edge, purposeful and inspiring content
- Manage asset archiving
- Stay current on best-practices

Key Stakeholders:
- Corporate Comms team (Accounts, Digital & Content Team)
- Events Team, Brand Comms, varying stakeholders in brands and functions depending on topics

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- University degree or completed apprenticeship in communications, graphic/digital media design, marketing, or other related field
- deep understanding of end-to-end video production from capturing to rendering
- Proficiency in related design and editing software such as Davinci Resolve, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premier, Illustrator…), Microsoft Powerpoint, etc.
- Affinity to working with AI empowered media production tools
- 1-3 years of work experience in an established creative, studio or journalistic environment
- Good understanding of business topics, Web 2.0/social media and online marketing activities
- High degree of customer orientation
- Ability to maneuver cross-functionally and in consistently changing environment
- First experience and understanding of the complexity, interactions and dynamics within an international company
- Very good communication expertise both written and verbal (quality, consistency and accuracy)
- Business fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Good storyteller and visual communicator with a broad knowledge of creating and editing a variety of visual formats
