You are a true finance all-rounder. You are responsible for comprehensive and timely accounting in collaboration with our tax office for the DACH location, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and asset accounting.
You consistently strive for process optimizations, identify potential efficiency improvements, and independently update your professional knowledge.
What You Will Work On
- As a Finance Manager (m/f/d) you will be oversee accounts receivable, manage intercompany transactions, handle the reimbursement of travel expenses and credit cards. Additionally, you lead the bank and cash management and are responsible for preparing VAT returns and reporting to the Bundesbank
- You create regular reports and presentations for the Executive Management and are always available for inquiries regarding financial results and specific management reporting requirements.
- Coordinating matters at the Italian location in collaboration with our local tax office is also part of your responsibility, including monthly payroll processing.
- In collaboration with our tax experts, you prepare annual financial statements and accompany operational and financial audits.
- In the course of your duties, you strengthen existing global relationships, especially with other Crisis24 Finance Managers in Bournemouth, London, Paris, and the USA.
- Functional reporting is done to the Financial Controller in our London office, and administrative reporting to the Managing Director in Konstanz.
What You Will Bring
- You have already gained initial experience, ideally 2-4 years, in a finance department and have a basic understanding of all accounting processes.
- You bring proactive management and a sense of responsibility to your role.
- You have initial experience in using the DATEV financial system and ideally also in using the CRM tool Salesforce.
- The ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, work under pressure, pay attention to details, meet deadlines, and navigate in a fast-paced work environment are among your strengths.
- Your excellent teamwork and strong interest in collaboration with our global finance team go hand in hand with your outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Your excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken, enable you to maintain a professional and competent interaction with our customers and our international team.
- You have in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- There is a willingness to work in the office on average three days per week.
