We are filling the following position for our client, a German household appliances manufacturer, on a freelance basis:
Senior CRM Specialist (m/f/d)
Facts
- Start: March 1, 2024
- Duration: 6 months (until August 31, 2024)
- Workload: 22 days per month à 8 hours
- Location: Amsterdam (hybrid role: 2-3 days in the office and 2-3 days remotely)
- Please note that we can only consider applications from candidates located in or within a 100 km radius of Amsterdam
Your Job Description
- You will develop and execute comprehensive email campaigns to enhance customer engagement and retention
- You will utilize the Bloomreach Engagement platform to its full potential, creating targeted campaigns and insightful customer analytics
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM strategies with broader marketing goals
- You will analyze campaign performance and customer data to continuously improve and personalize the customer journey
- You will stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in CRM marketing and the Bloomreach platform, ensuring all CRM activities comply with data protection and privacy laws
Your qualification profile
- You have proven experience as a CRM Marketer, ideally in a senior role
- You possess in-depth knowledge of the Bloomreach Engagement platform
- Proficiency in English is mandatory, and German language skills would be a significant advantage
- You are adaptable in a fast-paced environment, comfortable with short deadlines
- Strong analytical skills are essential, enabling you to easily digest complex information.
