We are a family-owned startup with 400+ employees across 5 locations in Europe. We build and operate a marketplace for contact center services , connecting 10,000+ talents to 70+ corporate clients. We have defined a n ew delivery model for outsourced CX services , ready to disrupt one of the largest service industries in the world.
Become part of the revolution - as B2B Event and Webinar Coordinator (m/f/d) - at our locations in Munich or Prague in the hybrid model.
- Event Planning : Develop comprehensive event plans for B2B events, webinars, and client-focused gatherings, ensuring they align with company objectives and target audience interests
- Webinar Management : Coordinate and execute B2B webinars, from content development to scheduling and promotion, ensuring smooth delivery and participant engagement
- Conference Sponsorships : Identify relevant industry conferences and manage the sponsorship process, including booth logistics, collateral preparation, and staff attendance
- Vendor Coordination : Liaise with external vendors, suppliers, and partners to negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and ensure all event-related services are delivered efficiently
- Logistics Execution : Oversee all event logistics, such as venue selection, catering, audio-visual requirements, transportation, and on-site event support
- Marketing and Promotion : Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling event marketing materials, email campaigns, and social media promotion to drive attendance and engagement.
- P ost-Event Analysis : Conduct post-event evaluations to measure success metrics, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement in future events
Your profile
- Successfully completed your studies or education in the fields of communications, marketing, PR or similar relevant B2B and CX sector experience
- Proven experience in B2B event planning, webinar management, and conference sponsorships and organisational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a persuasive and engaging presentation style
- A creative mindset, always seeking innovative ways to deliver outstanding event experiences
- Proficiency in event management software, webinar platforms, and CRM tools
- Knowledge of B2B marketing strategies and trends, as well as contacts from the global CX environment in your network to expand our reach and network in the industry is a plus
