Our Penzberg Team is looking for support in the area of project and construction management. As a part of your daily work you will be dealing with various - both small and large - projects for the hi-tech industry, within a highly dedicated team of Professionals. We value enthusiastic and open-minded Colleagues who thrive in a dynamic environment.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Construction management of industrial projects
• Coordination of subcontractors, ensuring quality on the construction site
• Coordination of the construction site, procedures and work processes
• Control and review of construction progress
• Ensuring compliance with work safety regulations
• Organization of daily coordination meetings and work schedules
• Participation in site inspections and acceptance tests
• Defect recording and tracking

Show your expertise

• Successfully completed studies in the field of construction engineering or management, architecture or similar.
• Experience as a construction manager in investment projects or relevant professional experience in the discipline
• At least 3 years of professional experience in construction management or project management
• Good knowledge of construction law, VOB, rules and technology
• Good MS-Office knowledge and CAD skills
• Fluent German (both written and spoken)
• English language on a communicative level
• Ability to work in a team, initiative and commitment as well as a high degree of flexibility
