Your role and your tasks:
As the Team Lead Sales Development (m/f/x ) you will develop a team of SDRs and lead them to successful inbound and outbound lead generation. Therefore, you will:
- Train, coach and develop the SDR team towards 100% of quota attainment.
- Set up, implement and monitor tactical and operational plans and necessary tools to hit performance targets.
- Be a role model by successfully hitting Sales targets using best sales practices.
- Work closely with the CEO to give valuable insights and feedback on the market as well as establish new lead generation strategies.
- Collaborate with the Account Executive team to ensure the quality of lead handover.
- With the support of our Sales Ops Specialist, you ensure efficient data management in our CRM.
Requirements
Now let's talk about you:
- You have experience in B2B outbound sales, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- You have a proven track record of overachieving targets.
- You are familiar with sales KPIs and their evaluation.
- You have first experience leading and mentoring - you are fit to coach, motivate and train your team.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills both in German and English.
- You have a target-driven mentality and a fearless approach to your work.
