To support our development activities, we are looking for a full-time, permanent position with immediate effect for a
Embedded Application Software Developer (m/f/d) -
mobile machines
YOUR NEW JOB:
- Project-related software development for machine controllers (embedded software) of mobile machines
- Analysis of technical requirements, design and programming of control and regulation strategies in close cooperation with the team and corresponding departments across all development phases
- Taking responsibility throughout the entire product life cycle - from requirements gathering and software design to implementation and testing on the machine
- Support during commissioning, functional and acceptance tests as well as accompanying and evaluating trials and test deployments
WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU:
- Successfully completed studies in electrical engineering, computer science, mechatronics or comparable
specialization - 3 years of experience in embedded programming of application software for control units
- Good knowledge of C, C++ or IEC 61131 ST
- Experience in the field of functional safety and automotive bus systems is an advantage
- Ideally experience in simulation/model-based software development (Matlab/Simulink/Stateflow)
- Experience in using software development tools and methods and
test automation concepts - Team spirit, good communication and comprehension skills, strong technical and physical understanding
basic understanding and analytical thinking skills - Knowledge of written and spoken English is an advantage
