Plan A has set itself the ambitious goal to support businesses around the globe to decarbonise and deliver on their climate objectives, using science and technology. We offer a software for decarbonisation and ESG reporting capabilities, that enables businesses of the likes of BMW, Mollie, Sorare, GANNI, Chloé and N26, to successfully manage their net zero journey. Building and growing Plan A has been only possible thanks to our ever-expanding team across Europe.

We're looking for an ambitious intern to support the Engineering department for 6 months with a possibility for a permanent contract after the completion of the internship. If our mission is aligned with your values and personal goals, we want to get to know you!

Your impact:

At Plan A, you'll be working with hundreds of companies to successfully manage their net zero journey and ESG reporting. Your responsibilities will cover:

• Supporting the Engineering team to deliver a high-quality application for our users
• Working closely with the Customer Success team to address incoming client reports and troubleshoot / isolate issues
• Executing exploratory testing and supporting the QA team with the deployments
• Creating and documenting bugs in JIRA, and helping groom backlog items

Requirements

• You're passionate about QA
• You are a motivated, fast learner and prefer to work closely with other team members
• You are proactive, able to work independently
• You are a strong communicator (written and verbal) and like to help and support the delivery of projects to our clients on time with a high level of quality
• You have strong analytical, problem-solving and planning skills
• You have a good technical understanding and can pick up new tools/software quickly
• You have a basic understanding of web applications and their architecture
• You challenge our existing processes and give input to optimise our ways of working
• Big plus:
• Previous QA experience
• You have any certifications or completed (online) courses related to QA / Software development
