Job Title : German Administration Coordinator
Job Type : Full Time - Permanent
Location : Dublin
Salary : €30,000 + Performance Bonus value between €2-3K

Type: Permanent Position. (Hybrid working model, 2 days WFO + 3 days WFH after 3-4 weeks on-site training)
Hours of Work: Monday – Friday (flexible start from 7am-10am)
Our Client is seeking a German speaking Administration Coordinator for a global company based in Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate that operates comfortably in a back of house environment, has excellent administration and attention to detail, strong organisation skills and excellent at multitasking.
Responsibilities include:
- Document management and filing in a fast-paced environment.
- Process claims and adhering to all SOP’s and quality control agreements with clients/customers.
- Communicating with all key stakeholders in the management of contracts and ensuring that all agreements are 100% compliant.
- Ensuring that all deadlines are met and coordination of all administration deadlines with relevant parties.
- Working on any adhoc projects
- Provide and maintain strong professional relationships with key stakeholders throughout each process.
- Develop knowledge of products to ensure a seamless management of documents.
- Multitasking on your daily workload and build a positive and professional working relationships with external clients
- In charge of providing excellent customer service ensuring retention of clients and customer satisfaction
- Build positive and professional working relationships with internal clients
- Ability to be flexible and open to learning new skills
Requirements: Candidate Profile
- Fluent German speaker including reading and writing
- Previous experience of working in German market place preferable
- Experience working in a busy environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Poses a keen eye for detail and accuracy
- Motivated, with the ability to manage a high workload, multitasking and prioritising tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office – PowerPoint, Word, Excel
