Your role in our team
You are responsible for planning and implementation of our Customer Service Product-Portfolio-Strategy and Product-Market-Strategy:
- This includes your responsibility for the harmonization and further development of the complete service portfolio, service contracts and commercial terms
- You are responsible for the creation, maintenance and update of all marketing and sales assets for the (inter-)national service sales organiztions of the Business Unit in multiple languages
- You are the contact person for all (inter-)national service organizations of the Business Unit for Service Portfolio, Service Product Management and Service Sales and proactively work on establishing proactive Service Sales
- You are responsibly contributing to the development of the global service strategy
- You design and implement specific roll-out workshops, service sales briefings and events, and organize and participate in quarterly service meetings meetings
- You prepare market and competitor analyses together with relevant Busines Unit contacts
Your profile
- You have the necessary specialist knowledge based on a successfully completed commercial and/or technical degree
- You have several years of professional experience in Service Product Portfolio Management and Strategy, Service Strategy Development and Implementation, driving key strategic initiatives
- Working in an matrix organization, interfacing with/working across different functional teams across different regions, preferably in the intralogistics industry is nothing new to you
- You have a very good technical understanding as well as proven intercultural experience, Customer Service experience, experience with the intralogistics industry, and change management.
- You are a strong strategic thinker, able to understand and communicate complex topics to different stakeholders, open-minded and adaptive, resilient, results-oriented, empathetic, committed, able to work independently
- You have a confident manner, excellent presentation and communication skills, a team-oriented approach, diligence and reliability
- You are proficient in MS Office and have ideally already worked with a CRM tool, Power BI, SAP
- You speak fluent German and English; additional languages are a plus
