Tasks
- Advising on HR policies and procedures
- Handling employee inquiries and issues
- Supporting employee relations and conflict resolution
- Collaborating with the works council
- Managing social benefits and performance management
- Assisting in recruitment and onboarding
- Supporting HR administration and payroll
- Contributing to training and development initiatives
- Assisting in audits and process improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
- 2-5 years of HR Generalist experience
- Strong knowledge of HR procedures and labor laws
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS software
- Fluent in German and proficient in English
