Your mission
Are you a passionate Technical Account Manager ready to elevate our products to new heights? As an integral part of the Customer Experience function, your mandate is to lay the groundwork for a cross-functional, efficient customer solution workflow. You'll collaborate closely with the Product & Engineering and Customer Service teams to achieve this goal.
In this role you will
- Explore and draft scalable customer integrations and solutions.
- Review and resolve Level-2 customer requests and complaints.
- Engage directly with customers to ensure an exceptional experience.
- Collaborate with our Product & Engineering team to address Level-3 requests and complaints.
- Offer constructive feedback to our Product & Engineering team.
- Expand our repository for internal and external knowledge sharing.
What you need to be successful
- Over 2 years of experience as a Technical Account Manager or similar role, preferably within the SaaS domain.
- Proficiency in investigating and debugging customer complaints.
- A sound understanding of SQL databases and other data stores.
- A good understanding of RESTful APIs with demonstrated ability to script effectively using them.
- A solid grasp of Microsoft Entra ID, Enterprise Applications, Entra ID permission, and SAML.
- Experience working with cloud-native systems is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with fluency in both German and English.
