Your Role
The Development Platforms department is one of six strategic units within the Corporate IT area Digital Experience Platforms and is responsible for the implementation of central IT platforms for ZEISS security tool chain for all divisions and corporate functions worldwide. The focus is on full application management for all ZEISS divisions and their customers, partners and agencies. Business Information Security (InfoSec) Enablement is the body of corporate information security which has a strong hands-on business enablement and support focus with global responsibility. It enables and supports ZEISS Segments and Units to implement the strategic agenda with security by design in alignment with customers’ needs and in compliance with the ZEISS wide information security strategy. As Application Specialist for Security Tools, you will be responsible for service management within Development Platforms and will independently make cluster-specific decisions in the service and support area and be the first escalation instance for the responsible area. In this role you enable and support Secure DevOps best practices across ZEISS and its Supporting Business Units. You define and enable the minimum-security baseline to include in the DevOps processes and pipelines. You define and enable specific metrics to drive action and support compliance objectives.
Your Profile
Profound experience in solution development and operation, including in positions such as Agile Coach, Product Owner, or Project Manager
Strong experience in secure digital solution design or development and engineering (SW and HW) in large organization
Strong secure DevOps development practices, and experience in secure CI/CD pipelines as well as the Secure DevOps tool landscape (SonarQube, BlackDuck, Coverity)
Experience in managing, developing and educating a user community
Programming and scripting experience
Understanding of staff education, e-learning, knowledge management
Demonstrated passion for understanding ambiguous, complex problems and driving high-quality, innova-tive, and robust solutions
Business knowledge of English and German, further languages are of advantage.
