IT Support User Helpdesk / 1st Level Support (m/f/d)

Your tasks
- Exciting task in 1st level support in incident / change management of the system environment in a dynamic and expanding company
- Maintaining and monitoring desktops, laptops, telephony and other hardware and software
- Procuring, installing, configuring, operating and maintaining hardware and software in accordance with Group guidelines
- Manage the client management environment
- Determine and implement IT security measures
- Collaboration in IT-relevant projects
- Collaboration with Group IT in the definition of IT solutions
- Conducting training courses for employees
Your profile
- Experience in supporting end users
- Relevant professional experience with knowledge in the areas of Windows Client Management, MDM - Mobile Device Management, User Management, Application Management
- Initial experience with ITIL processes and an ITSM system desirable
- Very good communication in German and English
