Job description

Motec is a leading manufacturer of heavy-duty camera systems and specializes in the development and production of camera-based driver assistance systems (ADAS) for commercial vehicles and mobile machinery. We are a medium-sized German company with 30 years of experience in the design and manufacture of rugged, reliable cameras and mobile electronics. Motec is part of AMETEK Inc, a leading global manufacturer of electronic instruments and electromechanical products.

To strengthen our sales administration team we our looking for a:

Employee Internal Sales Administration (m/f/d) 


Responsibilities:
• You support the field sales force and are the contact person for our national and international customers, partners as well as our internal departments
• The elaboration and preparation of offers as well as price negotiations within the given framework are also part of your activities
• You are available for first technical questions of the orders and work closely together with our order processing department
• Regular participation in trade fair visits as well as the organization and implementation of dealer events including the preparation and preparatory support of sales documents
• Responsible preparation and calculation for evaluations and protocols 

Your profile:
• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or a degree in business administration
• Ideally, you already have appropriate experience in the internal sales department
• Confident handling of MS-Office as well as first knowledge of a CRM and merchandise management system (e.g. NAVISION) desirable
• You are characterized by your engaging appearance, your strong communication skills, your structured work and your affinity for key data
• You work independently and are a team player
• You are business fluent in German and English
