Job description
As a Personalization Manager (f/m/diverse) y ou will be responsible for developing and implementing personalized experiences for our customers across multiple digital channels. You will work closely with the marketing, product, and data teams to understand customer needs, preferences, and behaviors, and use data-driven insights to create and optimize personalized campaigns. You will also monitor and measure the performance of personalization initiatives and report on their impact on customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue.
What you’ll do
- Help the organisation to understand what multichannel personalization means across the customer journey and act as an accelerator for our organization to push Business Goals
- Create and refine target picture for personalization products based on customer needs, market trends.
- Manage the end-to-end execution of personalization projects, from ideation to launch and the impact analysis , using agile methodologies and best practices.
- Execute our Personalization Strategy and drive collaborative use case delivery with the team and stakeholders .
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, service, category, product, data, and engineering, to deliver personalized experiences across web, mobile, email, and social media channels.
- Act as key business counter part of the Martech Platform team, translating business needs in form of requirements
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for personalization initiatives, and communicate the results and learnings to stakeholders and senior management.
- Enable and train all customer facing units to build scalable (self-serviceable) solutions, ensure technical enablement with the MarTech Platform team where necessary.
- Assist in formulating campaign strategies and contribute to the development and implementation of predictive analytics aligned with market trends.
- Develop timelines and milestones for personalization related initiatives and tasks and make sure that they are met from a timing, quality and quantity.
What you`ll need
- At least 5 years of experience working as personalization/growth manager.
- Experience in product design, IT delivery and data science analytics.
- Know A/B testing inside-out to underpin success of personalization .
- Analyze and translate various reports, KPIs, and data to draw meaningful conclusions and insights .
