Database Administrator (m/f/d)
Full-time (38.5 hours per week)
Professional experience required
You will ensure that the functionalities of the databases are continuously operational.
Digital - your contribution is needed
- You will be responsible for administration in the database environment (currently MSSQL and Oracle), in particular for the:
- Planning, installation, configuration, administration and monitoring according to user requirements and technical needs.
- Ensuring operational readiness, including optimization and maintenance as well as consulting / troubleshooting (2nd level).
- Participation in the processing of fault reports and requests for the administered databases.
- Participation in tests of the databases and test planning and test result documentation.
- You will work on projects with a focus on database management systems as a milestone manager.
Human - how you fit in with us
- You have a university degree (Bachelor) / diploma FH or have completed three years of vocational training with an IT background and 2 years of professional experience.
- You have at least one year of practical experience with the independent administration of numerous MS SQL and open source databases, e.g. MySQL.
- You have specialist knowledge of the basics of distributed relational database management systems as well as specific knowledge of MS SQL, Oracle and open source databases, such as MySQL.
- You have specialist knowledge of Windows operating systems and the basics of Linux
- You have strong communication skills.

Remuneration is based on the collective agreement for medical services (TV MD) up to pay group 7 if the requirements are met.
