As User Experience Designer (f/d/m) you are at the visual forefront of shaping the world of individualized healthcare and help us design our data platform, Permea, with the aim to improve patient outcomes by enabling key players in the Life Sciences industry to leverage the power of data and de-silo anonymised health data to provide a 360° patient understanding to all stakeholders of the healthcare system. Additionally, we bring the patient's stories directly to the source of medical development and research, to improve the live and treatment of people all across Germany. You can contribute to that by owning the UX process as a vital member of an agile and cross functional team, in order to make our usability more appealing and graspable. Your Role with us
- You collaborate closely with Product Managers, Software Engineers and Data Scientists to deliver and execute our design concepts and continuously enhance it.
- You own and define the UX processes for our core product, and communicate UX requirements to the cross functional team.
- You define problem spaces and present concepts and methods to improve our product's usability.
- You are in close contact with our customers and conduct user interviews and synthesize and implement the findings into the product.
What you bring to the table
- You have 3+ years of UX-Design experience in the B2B-SaaS industry and with building data-driven products.
- You are fluent in Figma, and are used to build your processes within Miro, Jira and used a relevant research tool in the past (e.g. Condens, Dovetail or other related tools).
- You have a proven track record of autonomously leading, strategizing, and executing user interviews.
- You are fluent in English and have proficiency in conducting and analyzing user interviews in German (at least C1).
