Schwarz IT takes care of the entire digital infrastructure and all software solutions of the companies of Schwarz Group. As a result, it is responsible for the selection, provision, operation and continuing development of IT infrastructure, IT platforms and business applications. In order to provide IT solutions that optimally support the departments’ business processes, Schwarz IT addresses the departments’ requirements in consultations and works with them to develop professional and effective IT solutions.
Product Owner Mendix Plattform - Low Code

We are an international Team that is taking care of the Low Code Plattform Mendix. Our aim is to offer Platform that takes care about the development base so that others can speed up, go further and make their development securer. We bring knowledge and skills to the different parts of our company to develop with Mendix to solve day-by-day challenges.
As Product Owner you support the platform team and the development teams:
You create and communicate the Product/Solution Goal to the Team and Stakeholders
You create the roadmap in consultation with the Engineering Lead
You ensure regular communication to the Engineering Team
You make sure, the right things are worked on
You own the shared “You build it you run it” responsibility with the Product/Solution Team
You are responsible for cost, time and budget of the Product / Solution Development
We’re looking for a person that is or wants to be a part of our Mendix community.
You’re a good communicator and feel comfortable in the interaction with others. IT topics are fascinating you and an automated solution is the best solution for you.
For this role you need skills as a Project Manager, Scrum Master or similar coordination skills. Experience in the IT environment is a must have.
If you haven´t any skills or experience with the Mendix Platform, we will support you to develop them.
It’s no issue for you to work in a virtual team.
You are fluent in English (C1), you must communicate a lot, especially in Meeting and with different Stakeholder. German is optional, but useful.
Bachelor or master’s degree in the IT environment, for example: Informatics, Business Informatics or similar
Remote Work: Flexible working methods are important to us, we enable mobile working on up to five days per working week. At the same time, we see personal contact and on-site exchange at our office locations in the Heilbronn area as another important success factor in our collaboration. Remote Work outside of Germany is not possible, a relocation is needed.
