Our CellScape instrument performs quantitative multiplex immunofluorescence imaging for the spatial analysis of complex tissues and mapping of cell populations with single-cell resolution.
Canopy Biosciences is seeking a highly skilled and motivated C++ software developer for image processing to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in designing and implementing image processing algorithms for CellScape instrument software. This position requires expertise in C++, as well as deep knowledge of image processing using both conventional algorithms and artificial intelligence.
Aufgaben/Verantwortlichkeiten
- Design, develop, and implement robust image processing algorithms in C++ to analyze vast volumes of high-resolution microscopic images
- Work closely with the domain experts and product management to understand the specific requirements and challenges
- Collaborate with the backend developers to integrate image processing modules into the instrument control and analysis software, and to ensure seamless data flow within the application
- Implement parallel processing and utilize advanced optimization techniques to enhance performance
- Perform rigorous testing on software modules to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the image processing algorithms
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for software design, algorithms, and testing procedures
Qualifikationen
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience in software development with a focus on image processing, preferably in the field of digital pathology
- Strong proficiency in the C++ programming language
- Expertise in image processing libraries and frameworks, such as OpenCV
- Familiarity with high-resolution microscopy imaging techniques and related challenges is a bonus
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
