Your Responsibilities
- Implementing and continuously improving the way of working in the Scrum Team;
- Promoting agile values, principles, practices and methods to establish a sustainable understanding of agile;
- Shielding the Scrum Team from undesired interruptions and creating a trusting, collaborative environment;
- Organizing and facilitating agile events while ensuring that common agile rules are followed;
- Being a servant leader, sparring partner, conflict resolver and coach to the Scrum Team;
- Supporting the Product Owner to effectively manage the Product Backlog to maximize value;
- Supporting the Development Team to work self-organized and self-directed;
- Proactively help teams to identify and remove impediments to their progress;
- Participating in the company’s agile community of practice to share knowledge and continuously learn from others.

Your Profile
- Previous experience in a similar role ~3 years;
- Good skills and knowledge of facilitation, continuous improvement, empowerment, transparency and servant leadership;
- Knowledge of agile approaches – Scrum, Kanban, XP, Scaled Agile, etc.;
- Knowledge and experience with agile techniques – automated testing, user stories, TDD, continuous integration, testing, pairing, agile games, etc.;
- Recognized certification as Scrum Master (e.g. Scrum Alliance CSM);
- Very good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Good technical skills in JIRA and Confluence;
- Fluency in speaking and writing in English;
- Ability to orchestrate across multiple agile teams;
- Hands-on and results-driven mentality;
- Experience with distributed teams and virtual collaboration.
