Aminoverse is a young biotech company in Nuth, Netherlands close to the German and Belgian border. We are committed to pushing the scientific frontier in enzyme science for our clients - from innovative start-ups and renowned corporations worldwide.
We are on the lookout for a communicative and authentic Account Manager to join our team. In this role, starting from 01.01.2024, you will be the driving force behind nurturing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction as well as feedback cycles, and identifying opportunities for growth. Your efforts will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and solidifying our position as a key player in the biotechnology sector offering unique research services and enzyme products.

Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining humane, long-lasting customer relationships
- Directly support the CEO in client communications
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and feedback cycles
- Accurately present product features and benefits
- Actively involved in the handling, shipping and billing of products
- Establishing and maintaining different sales channels and (automated) workflows
- Managing of client accounts in internal software suite
- Optionally represent Aminoverse on national and international events together with the CEO
What you ideally bring with you:
- A representative and empathic personality
- Bachelor’s degree or comparable in business administration, sales or related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Scientific background or interest in scientific products is a plus
- Attention to detail
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and ability to quickly adapt to new software
- Good organization skills
- Reliability and the desire to take responsibility for your own work
- The goal of working in a start-up company for the long-term and willingness to contribute to its success
- Work experience in administration or sales and marketing is a plus
- Openness to travel (inter)nationally

- Net salary >2000 € per month (based on experience level)
