Supporting the optimization of communication strategies for BPM and general IT governance process topics, such as frameworks and best practices
Supporting the design, clarification and analysis of actual IT processes and the development of digital process representations in accordance with BPMN 2.0 for IT governance
Supporting project work such as moderating workshops to identify processes or coordinating the rollout of new or adapted processes
Preparing and conducting presentations and training sessions
Taking on administrative tasks and initiating new initiatives
Supporting the further development of our BPM Product with process descriptions and work instructions for IT governance
