IT Change Manager (m/f/d)

IT Change Manager (m/f/div) in #Würzburg
Your tasks
- Coordinate technical requirements and control error management
- Controlling and monitoring existing internal business processes and workflows
- Co-designing and further developing the IT change management process
- Creating reports, statements and templates for the development teams and release management
We expect
- Completed university education (Bachelor, Diploma FH) in the IT field or an equivalent qualification (e.g. IT-specific qualification) or completed vocational training in the IT field or comparable several years of practical experience in the IT field
- Several years of task-relevant professional experience in the development and/or system integration of applications into existing systems
- Practical experience in IT server management (change, release, requirements management)
- Knowledge and experience with the JIRA tool as well as agile methods and frameworks (for example according to Scrum or SAFe) are desirable
- A confident communicative manner, a strong customer focus and coordination skills round off your profile
