Ensure the operational processing of an orderly accounts receivable management, with specialisation in accounting according to GAAP, German GAAP & IFRS for all Airplus products.

• Managing accounts receivable incl. timely booking of incoming payments according to AirPlus processes for our corporate clients globally, with a focus on accounting
• Monitoring of the payment behavior of our customers
• Account clarification in direct contact with the customers
• Managing payments and refunds
• Preparation and review of weekly and monthly reports
• In daily communication with internal stakeholders and customers
• Taking the appropriate measures to minimize credit risks
• Participation in internal Projects and support the Team leader with special tasks

• Academic qualification at graduate level (Bachelor degree or equivalent) in Accounting/ Finance/ Business or a comparable education
• Relevant educational or professional experience in Accounting or Finance, preferably in an international environment
• Sound knowledge and understanding of the corporate card and/or business travel industry would be an advantage
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills required. Additional languages: German or other European is a definite advantage
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, prioritize work and handle pressure
• Excellent working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Package esp. Excel, PPT, etc.
• Experience with SAP is a definite advantage
