Alstom Digital & Integrated Systems offers a wide range of services and products relating to signalling technology and infrastructure. In close cooperation with our worldwide product competence centers, we cover business development, sales and bid management as well as customer-oriented project management, homologation, system engineering, documentation, mechanical integration, installation, commissioning and warranty at our Berlin locatio n.

In this context, we are looking for a  VIE as Product Introduction Management Support (f/m/d)  based at our offices in Berlin / Germany for 24 months.

 

Mission description:

Reporting to the PI Manager and/or Tender engineer lead, you support the PI team in all actions necessary for the management of various signaling projects & Tenders
Assist the PI Manager with the coordination of project improvements concerning Quality, Costs and Delivery time of the project (QCD)

 

Tasks: 
support on Planning, control and implementation of warranty in signaling projects
Support coordination of the Alstom warranty team and cooperation with specialist departments in the Alstom group and external suppliers
Support risk assessment and initiation of measures
Review of tender documents and contracts, determination of costs for offers and presentation of risks and savings
Coordination with other departments for inputs on quantity structures and cost calculations
Defining the strategic orientation of offers together with the Sales department
Regular workload determination in the area of service
Creation of department-specific key figures and optimization of process flows

 

 

Your profile :

Educated to Master Degree in HW/SW Engineering / management with a good industrial comprehension, you have a first experience ideally in an international industrial environment, Technical background, Tender Calculation and/or in project management. You are interested in railway products. Good communication skills, your diplomacy and tenacity, your open-mind enable you to be well integrated in a changing environment. Your autonomy, team spirit, management and organizational skills and good business sense are your key assets for this position.

Good language level of English & German is mandatory, French will be an asset

Excellent MS office skills required.
