Building solutions for a better life. The business area Bosch Building Technologies is a leading international supplier of systems, solutions, and services that enhance the safety of people, buildings, and property, and also contribute to greater comfort, energy efficiency, and sustainability.
Bosch Building Technologies is divided into the international product business and the regional system integration business. Currently, the three product areas of video systems, access control & intrusion detection systems and communication systems as well as the associated cross-sectional functions within the business area are to be set up as an independent unit and then further developed by a new owner as a sustainable core business.
- International and interdisciplinary collaboration: As a Sales & Marketing Performance Manager,you will become part of the company being restructured in the future and will therefore work in a globally networked team of around 4,300 colleagues that operates in over 50 countries.

- Youclose cooperation and alignment with the global Result Delivery Office lead within our Business Unit Communication (BT-CO).
- Together with your CO sales & marketing colleagues, youdefine sales and marketing driving opportunities and strategically targeting key product segments and regions.
- You actively engage with global sales and marketing teams to develop impactful "top-line" and "bottom-line" initiatives for key product segments and regions.
- You proactively align with Sales and Marketing teams, ensuring timely corrections and working diligently towards achieving set targets.
- In your role, you are responsible for driving the Value Creation Process's topline initiative development, steering, and follow-ups across various segments and regions.
- You initiate, monitor, and promote innovative business models and Go-to-Market (GTM) approaches, fostering a culture of forward-thinking strategies.
- You actively support and drive relevant work streams in BT-CO strategic projects within the sales and marketing area, ensuring a seamless execution and implementation process.
Qualifications
- Education: Degree in business administration, business informatics, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification.
- Personality and Working Practice : You are a cooperative and solution-oriented individual, adept at tackling obstacles and challenges. With a high drive and motivation, you function as a team player, showcasing your ability to work seamlessly in an international team and matrix setup.
- Experience and Knowledge: With a background in management and product marketing, you bring a wealth of experience. Your broad know-how spans various business models (B2B, Retail, Rental), enabling you to skillfully steer and guide on GTMand Sales Strategies with over 5 years of expertise.
- Enthusiasm: Open for business travels as/if needed.
- Languages : Very good command of written and spoken German and English.
