- Work with our team on various projects related to customer implementation and transformation
- Support our customers in different project phases (conception & specification, implementation & training, scaling, and optimization)
- Be part of the preparation, execution, and follow-up of customer workshops and training sessions
- Expand your expertise through active participation in comprehensive training and events
- Research on various topics and contribute to the creation of work materials
Qualifications
- Enrolled student (all genders) at a university or college in the field of business administration, economics, marketing, or any other related field
- Fluency in English is mandatory, and additional languages such as German are a plus
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Customer-centric mindset and a passion for improving the customer experience, including the ability to empathize with the customer and advocate for their needs
- Analytical skills and experience with data analysis.
